Hi! I’m Casey; a 31 year old business owner, stay-at-home mama of 2 gorgeous, cheeky boys and wife to a gaming obsessed husband.

A hairdresser by profession; I’m a sociable, chatty girl who loves a sale, a special, a new shade of lipstick and a flavoured gin.

I’m also committing myself to me (not just motherhood) and getting busy with a health journey (and treadmill stroll) to a healthier, fitter version of myself.

But there will still be cake; life is a celebration after all.
