I was raised in a home with a mother with food aversions; a vegetarian little sister and vegan big sister; so my interest in food didn’t start young.

 

It was mostly frozen fish sticks & the odd roast chicken. But as I’ve become the cook in the kitchen for my own family, my skills and knowledge have grown; and my taste for variety and new recipes knows no bounds.

 

But then I also love a night out, with food I didn’t cook & a margarita in hand.
